Shipping
Items usually ship in 2-3 business days from order. Orders that are on back or pre-ordered will have the ship date listed if outside of the previously stated time frame.
We ship using USPS unless otherwise requested.
This shipping policy does not apply to custom orders. Shipment of custom orders will be discussed when the custom agreement is signed.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of all unworn, and undamaged items. Returns are only accepted unopened and in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not include custom, exclusive, pre-sale or sale items. Returns are eligible to be refunded via original payment method or store credit.

We accept exchanges on all unworn,, unused, undamaged items. Exchanges are eligible within the first 15 days after receipt of delivery (delivery date will be based on the date provided by delivery carrier). Exchanges must be unopened and in original packaging to be accepted.

Sale and pre-sale items are not eligible for refunds.
All custom and exclusive item are not eligible for return or exchange, all sales are final.

​If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase or delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.​
